 🔹 Training Highlights:

🌀 Katonah Yoga® Theory
Learn how to apply Katonah Yoga’s metaphorical language, archetypal framework, and geometrical principles to your personal and teaching practice. Discover the magic of maps, measure, and metaphor as tools for re-patterning the body and mind. You will accrue 75 hours bankable to your Katonah certification.

🔬 Advanced Anatomy for Yogis
Move beyond basic muscular anatomy into a more nuanced understanding of biomechanics, fascia, joint health, breath mechanics, and nervous system regulation. This portion is grounded in both classical alignment principles and modern movement science. Learn to navigate through injury as well.

🧘 Intelligent Sequencing
Explore how to design purposeful and progressive class sequences that are anatomically sound, energetically balanced, and thematically cohesive. You'll gain tools for constructing classes that are accessible yet transformative.

🧠 Meditation & Internal Practice
Daily meditative practices to cultivate mental clarity, nervous system resilience, and intuitive insight. Techniques will include breathwork, visualization, and guided stillness.

🤲 Hands-On Adjustments & Embodiment
Practice safe, respectful, and effective hands-on techniques that support students in experiencing alignment and depth. Emphasis will be placed on touch as a language of awareness rather than correction. What our language cannot garner, our touch can.
